  10 Minutes

  Add boiling water to the meal pouch, stir thoroughly, then zip seal and wait for 5 minutes.
  Stir again, and if needed, reseal the pouch and wait for another 5 minutes.
  Refer to the back of each meal packet for boiling water amounts.
