At Campers Pantry, we take pride in providing high-quality, freeze-dried meals and ingredients for outdoor adventures, emergency preparedness, and commercial use. Our products are food items, which means we must follow strict Australian food safety regulations regarding returns and refunds.

Can I return my order?

Due to food safety laws, we do not accept returns on any food products once they have left our warehouse. This ensures the safety and quality of all our products for our customers.

If you have received an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page so we can assist you.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
βœ… The product arrived damaged or defective (excluding minor packaging damage that does not affect the food inside).
βœ… You received the wrong item in your order.
βœ… The product is out of date upon arrival.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:Β 

  • Your order number and purchase date
  • A photo of the product issue (if applicable) with date stamp
  • A brief description of the problem

All refund and replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or personal taste preferences.

  • We do not accept opened or partially used products for returns.

🚚 Trail Tee Apparel Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Trail Tees are sent via standard shipping by a third-party provider on behalf of Campers Pantry. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Please note: if your order includes both apparel and food, these items will arrive in separate parcels.

Returns & Exchanges:
Need to swap sizes? No problem.

  • Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Include a note with your full name, order number, and the new size requested.
