Satay Chicken with Broccoli and Rice

A household favourite that's tasty, lightweight and quick to prepare.
 

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce
salt & pepper
 

Cooking Instructions

1. Rehydrate rice, broccoli and chicken with boiling water in their bags.
2. Strain chicken and mix through peanut butter and tamari.
3. plate up rice with chicken on top and broccoli on the side.
 
Total dry weight 300g serves 3
 
*put your own spin on it and add chilli flakes or garlic powder/spices.
