HIKING FOOD | Vermicelli Noodle & Veggies with Miso Broth


Warming noodle dish thats fast to prep after an epic day on the trail a perfect hiking food recipe.

INGREDIENTS
50g Vermicelli Noodles
1 sachet of freeze dried miso soup
1 cup boiling water
Sesame oil - use a container that works NALGINE
Katsuo Fumi Furikake rice seasoning
Red Pepper Mix - Shichimi Togarashi
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into your favourite hiking bowl.
2. Boil water and pour over ingredients in bowl. Allow to cook for a few minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
3. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle over some rice seasoning and red pepper mix. Eat.
* Optional - Top with tuna sachet of your choice
Salt & pepper to taste 
Total weight 90g serves 1
